Motorcycle Accident Claim in Mexico Mexican Car Insurance, BMW Rider, Orange County, California My boyfriend led a group of motorcycle riders on a 17-day trip through Mexico. I bought a CHUBB Platinum policy for my BMW G310R from the Store before the trip. Halfway through, I hit a pothole in a blind corner and crashed. Fortunately, I was uninjured thanks to my Alpine Stars Tech Air Jacket, which inflated like an airbag. The bike wasn't so lucky, it had serious damage and couldn't be ridden. I called CHUBB Insurance, and within hours an adjuster met me, took photos, and helped arrange transport. I asked to have the motorcycle repaired back in the U.S., and they made note of it. Thanks to the coverage, the bike was fully restored at Irv Seaver BMW in Orange County, California. Working with CHUBB was professional, smooth, and stress-free. I received the maximum payout in just a couple of weeks. From now on, every time I head south for a motorcycle adventure in Mexico, I'll rely on them.

I started to purchase insurance for our Mexico trip a while back. I researched other websites but they didn't give me as many choices. Prices were also better here. I will most likely return. Service is fast and if you have any questions you can call and the operators are very nice and helpful

Not only does Mexican Insurance Store have the best prices but they are honest and friendly with patience to explain your policy. I have been with them for three years. The price went down this third year. They could have easily said the cost was the same but were honest enough to say it went down. I have now clocked in over 100 horseback rides galloping on the beach in La Mission with Horses by Jose because I can confidently cross into Mexico with reliable insurance.

My wife and I have been relying on Linden, the Director of Mexican Insurance Store, to take care of our vehicle insurance needs for the past 10 years. As many of you know this is a very competitive field and it can be very confusing as to which companies will truly give you the correct information; For example you should always go with at least a half a million in a fatal collision, most companies offer 300k, but Linden was instrumental in referring that we go to the half a million threshold. And it's a very little annual price difference in the amount, even less for shorter durations. As a former Director for a Fortune 500 company, when the Director, like Linden takes the time to personally call you, I'm impressed with that level of customer service. He makes sure that my policy is emailed within his 30 minute time frame and will explain any questions or concerns with you. The Mexican Insurance Store company is based out of California, and we live in Gilbert Az, and we are a very small part of his overall business, we go through Ajo, then Lukeville, the border crossing, through Sonoyta to Rocky Point. We own 2 condos down there, but we are a fraction of the larger groups he has, but throughout all these years he has given us such excellent service, we sign up every year. And I'm sure you've all experienced the multitude of stores selling insurance as you pass through the small towns, or not. But we have, there are a dozen or more seeking your business as you drive through their towns, or at the border. And as much as I'm all for giving business to the small towns, Mexican Insurance just gives us the best prices and all the facts. Assured me it would be taken care of. And sure enough, I heard back from him in just a few minutes with the corrections I requested. Very easy to get motorcycle insurance online for a 3 day trip to Mexico. Reasonable rates.

Bought a 6 month Mexican car insurance from those folks and started my annual snowbird trip. Never made it to Mexico - hit a deer and after that my car got fire damage while in the auto-body shop and was written off. I got full refund for my Mexican auto insurance - thank you Lindon! From now on I will deal only with those nice people.
