I’ve experienced stray dogs menace. I actually fell in love with one that looked beautiful, cool and quiet. I entertained it but soon realized it was teasingly tearing my trouser off and continued despite my bid to chase it away. I was saved by a local who came to my rescue. Watch out.

For your family’s protection, consider the use of insect repellents. And if you encounter insect bites in Mexico, ask where the nearest medical doctor clinic is. Mexico insurance is important too.
